Privacy Policy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Encore, the concert memory collection app. By creating an account or using Encore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please delete your account and stop using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Encore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update the Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Encore. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, ratings, and notes you upload. By submitting content, you grant Encore a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and share the content within the app to operate Encore. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you submit.

Encore, including its logo, branding, and design, is owned by Encore. You may not copy or reuse any part of the app without permission except where allowed by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Encore uses official APIs from Ticketmaster, Setlist.fm, Spotify, Firebase, and Expo. By using Encore, you also agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these services where applicable.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by visiting Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Encore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of concert data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.
